I am on the pirates side. They are trying their best to help people survive. The CRF are trying to ignore the colonists.
I have to go with the pirates myself. I feel that they are genuine at helping the people who need the help. The CRF reminds me a lot of our government, they look out for their agendas and not the agendas of the people who need help.
